LLC in Armenia operates on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of November 21, 2001, No. ZR-252 «On Limited Liability Companies»
there is no minimum charter capital for LLC. The charter capital can be set at the discretion of its founders (or a sole founder). The charter capital must be paid within one year from the date of registration of the company to the settlement account or cash desk of the legal entity
there are no state fees for registering an LLC
an LLC can be registered in Armenia remotely from Russia or another country, for which a notarized power of attorney will be required
a foreign passport is not required to register a company for Russian citizens
